Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Wrap

For the Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Wrap:

4 large tortillas (whole wheat or regular)

2 cups shredded lettuce

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup blue cheese dressing (or ranch dressing if you prefer)

Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Coat the Chicken in Buffalo Sauce:

In a medium-sized bowl, toss the sliced chicken with buffalo sauce, ensuring that all pieces are evenly coated.

Assemble the Wrap

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.

Add a handful of shredded lettuce to the center of the tortilla.

Top with a few cherry tomato halves and a generous amount of buffalo chicken.

Drizzle blue cheese dressing over the top.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.

Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately. Pair with a side of celery sticks and additional blue cheese dressing for dipping if desired.
